Carved throughout in Carrara marble having volute scroll, acanthus leaf, flower and foliage, dolphins and rope twist motifs, with artichoke finials to the supports. With a simple bench section and highly carved back with a decorative frieze beneath opposing dolphins and a central scallop shell.

The Grove, Jersey, once the home of Lady Trent of the Boots family and the first house to sell for over £1million on the island in 1976.
